Dispute

I am writing this letter in hopes that someone out there can help a homeowners association. Our

association is in Arizona in an over 55 community, all of the homeowners do not mind paying their dues.

The problem we are having is- the Board of directors are the developers, We are paying our dues, and

getting nothing for it, We were asked to do the landscaping of the common areas ourselves, and when we

did-our neighbor fell and hurt himself. They do not pay our bills, our services were discontinued due to

non payment-for the cleaning of our clubhouse-our pool maintanence, our landscapers. Who do we turn

to? No one can seem to help us. We have had our dues go up and nothing to show for it. We cannot hire

an attorney we are senior citizens who have a limited income, and some who have to maintain a job to

get by on. Can you Help us?

Dispute

Hi Im not sure where to turn to I have called and emailed almost a dozen places for assistance. My HOA

has turned me over to a lawyer but has never advised me of this. On top of thas I send in my monthy dues

and they forward it to the lawyer to cash. Now the lawyer has drawn up this form that I have to sign that

says I agree to pay all these fees (lawyer fees) and it has no end date or the amount I will have paid in the

end. I wrote to them and complained and all I got back was another letter w/the same form an $360.00

added on for them to review and type me a new letter. Is this legal??? I give up, its up to almost

$1000.00 now do I just suck it up and pay it or what?
